I am beyond excited to introduce Graceway Migration, a new chapter in my professional journey and the culmination of years of experience, learning, and purpose.

My name is Pearl Frankis, and I am the Founder and Principal Migration Lawyer and Registered Migration Agent at Graceway Migration. Looking back, it feels as though every road in my career has led me here, to this moment, where I can combine my legal expertise, business acumen, and deep passion for helping people to make a meaningful difference.

With over 10 years of legal experience, my professional path has taken me through various areas of law and business development. I have always been driven by a love for people and a desire to create positive change in their lives. It was this very passion that first inspired me to study law.

Originally from Zimbabwe, I moved to Australia 15 years ago to pursue my law degree — a journey that completely transformed my life. Having personally navigated the migration process and now being proud to call Australia home as a citizen, I know first-hand the challenges, emotions, and hopes that come with such a life-changing transition.

After practising in several areas of law, I discovered my true calling in migration law. I fell in love with the field because it allows me to connect with people from diverse cultures, hear their stories, and help them build new beginnings. Every visa application represents a dream — and I am deeply committed to walking that journey with my clients, ensuring they feel supported and understood every step of the way.

What truly sets me apart is not only my professional background, but my heart and compassion. I see every client as more than just a file, they are individuals and families with hopes, challenges, and unique stories. I genuinely care about achieving positive outcomes and making a lasting impact, one visa at a time.
